on the sweet smelling grass,
facing the world,
you sit.
the wind sounds,
loud enough in your ears that its well heard,
but because the way your hairs only are gently tickling your face,
and the slight warmth that you feel as it hits your skin,
it makes you feel calm and comforted.
you focus,
just focus on the rush and the goosebumps rising on your arm.
as your mind struggles a little.
the sounds of voices,
some familar floating from the open windows of the house,
some calling from the street,
as horns blast,
cars whizz,
crickets chirp.
the world is moving,
and here you are,
crosslegged,
backstraight,
slight smile playing at your lips,
smelling tropical scents,
music echoing in your mind,
feeling the world that you love,
touching every part of you.
its times like these,
your mind doesnt even need to be cleared,
doesnt even need to worry about soaking it all in.
Youre happy.
and the only thing you worry about,
is bottling it all up,
so when stress is able to seep back in again,
you wont forget.
